五、引进程序

1.国际交流合作处负责收集和整理海外博士应聘简历，并提报到人事处。

2.我校人事处负责资格初审。

3.通过资格初审的博士，按学校通知要求来校参加试讲、面试。

4.对试讲、面试通过并进入考察范围的人选进行考察体检。考察采取个别谈话、重点走访、查阅档案、网络查询等多种方式进行，主要考察其思想政治表现、意识形态、道德品质、业务能力和工作实绩等方面情况，并对应聘人员是否符合规定的岗位资格条件、提供的相关信息材料是否真实准确等进行复审。体检应在县级以上综合医院进行，体检标准和项目参照公务员录用体检标准及操作手册执行。

5.考察体检合格者，按学校规定时间来校报到，办理录用手续。

5. Introduction procedures

1. The International Exchange and Cooperation Office is responsible for collecting and sorting out the resumes of overseas doctoral candidates and submitting them to the Personnel Office.

2. The Personnel Department of our University is responsible for the preliminary qualification examination.

3. Ph.D. candidates who pass the preliminary qualification examination shall attend the trial lecture and interview according to the notice of the university.

4. The candidates who pass the trial lecture and interview and enter the scope of investigation shall be vetted. The process takes individual interviews, key visits, access to archives, network inquiries and other ways, mainly to examine their ideology and moral quality, professional ability and work performance as well as other aspects, and to review whether the candidates meet the prescribed job qualifications and whether the relevant information and materials provided are true and accurate. The physical examination should be carried out in general hospitals at or above the county level, and the physical examination standards and items shall be carried out in accordance with the medical examination standards and operation manuals for civil servants.
